Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds from your own currency. Alternatively, you may send a cheque, but please print your banker’s card number on the reverse side.

SHOULD YOUR CHEQUE FAIL TO CLEAR THERE WILL BE A £10.00 CHARGE PLUS SOLICITORS/COURT CHARGES INCURRED IN RECOVERING THE DEBT. All goods remain the property of JMP Motorcycles until paid for in full.

We accept most credit cards.

We do not charge for any item excluding EBay until it is ready to ship and we know we have it in stock. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet or we can invoice you through Paypal 

Please include with order delivery address and contact number in case we need to contact you and email address.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

PRICE CHANGES AND VAT. Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated in this site/ catalogue it may not always be possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. If in doubt about a price, please call.

For standard next day delivery we need to receive your order by 3.00pm MONDAY - THURSDAY
Please note Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
FRIDAYS orders will arrive with you Monday on the standard next day service (not counting the weekend) or when needed we can offer a Saturday delivery to most areas.

IMPOTANT - PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS WHEN DELIVERED.

CARRIAGE CHARGES- to U.K. mainland only. Excludes Ireland, Islands, and Scottish Highlands.
To cover the cost of carriage please add the following charges:

PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE CHARGES ON ORDERS UNDER £30 ARE DEPENDENT ON WEIGHT BUT WILL BE NO MORE THAN £6.00 inc VAT @ 17.5%
Next day delivery (up to 10kilos) @ £10.00, for the majority of orders placed by 3.00pm.
All Orders over the value of £100 inc VAT are carriage free.

Delivery Schedule DELIVERY EXAMPLE - 10 kilos in weight would consist of:

2 Tyres, , 1 Chain, 1 Sprocket, 3*1Ltr Oils and 3* 0.5Ltr Oils. Plastic kit.

Therefore, you can see you can almost order any thing you need on a one-charge basis.

parts after they have been fitted. Check all spares against old parts removed, (especially engine spares) to be 100% sure they are correct. Once fitted or used, it is to late to exchange anything incorrect.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges EXPORT ENQUIRIES- We will be pleased to quote specific prices, excluding the British rate of Value Added Tax and including air or sea freight to any destination in the World. All prices shown in catalogue are VAT at 17.5%. If you are VAT registered we require your VAT number to export without the VAT element.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy7 DAY APPROVAL- If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods from JMP Motorcycles, you  may return the item in original condition, with original packaging and your sales invoice, together with a returns note within seven days of purchase for a full refund, less the carriage costs. Please phone to inform us of the problem and ask for a returns note number. Please fill the returns note in fully to speed up processing. Your statutory rights are not affected.

EXCHANGES- If you wish to exchange any item please use the returns/exchange slip. Remember to include post and packaging costs to cover your exchange.
REFUNDS- Will be made by cheque or credit card or PayPal depending on how payment was originally made. If you have any queries concerning exchanges or refunds please phone.
